Che abbiate bisogno di post-riabilitazione, dopo un infortunio o che abbiate una patologia cronica, sapremo come gestire le vostre necessità in modo sicuro ed efficace.
Che abbiate praticato il Pilates per anni o che stiate iniziando la vostra avventura nel mondo del Pilates, il nostro studio vi aiuterà a raggiungere i vostri obiettivi di fitness. Offriamo anche attività cardiovascolari: Cardio-Tramp™, Cardio-BOSU†®, keiser indoor walker e rafforzamento muscolare con un alto consumo metabolico con i kettle bells. Siamo un centro di formazione dove futuri insegnanti vengono ad imparare la tecnica del Pilates e l’approccio con i clienti.
